User Guidelines

We’ve put together this set of guidelines. The following activity/material isn’t allowed on

Posting private or sensible information.

We recommend not sharing sensible information for your Property (such as access codes, secret location of keys, etc). Although the link to your Digital Guide(s) is not publicly displayed anywhere, it can be shared with others once you start sending it to Guests, so it’s best to send this sensible information (such as access codes or secret location of keys, etc) via direct message with your Guests. Also, don’t share someone’s personal information without their consent.

Illegal content and conduct.

Intellectual property infringement. is a Digital Guide sharing platform. The content you upload should be your own and in case you are using someone else’s videos or images, golden rule is to always ask the rights holder for permission before republishing their content.

We know that there may be different definitions of this, but generally, we define pornography as visual depictions of sexually explicit acts.

Technologically harmful content.

Please don’t upload or link to malware, spyware, adware, or other malicious or destructive code.

Don’t claim to be a person or organisation you’re not.

Calls to violence.

Do not publish realistic calls to violence. By that we mean that you cannot post content which threatens, incites, or promotes violence, physical harm, or death. This includes threats targeting individuals or groups, as well as other indiscriminate acts of violence. This restriction does not mean that we will remove hyperbolic or generally offensive language.

Spam or machine-generated content.

You know what this is, but in general, sites such as those primarily dedicated to drive traffic to third party sites, boost SEO, phish, spoof, or promote affiliate marketing aren’t cool. We don’t want you to pollute the web outside of either, so we ask you to please avoid sending unwanted or unsolicited promotions or emails about your site, even if it’s not on

Bear in mind that these are just guidelines — interpretations are solely up to us. These guidelines are not exhaustive and are subject to change.

If you believe a Digital Guide has violated our Terms of Service or any of these policies, please report the Digital Guide. We aim to promptly review and investigate all complaints that we receive, but if and how we respond will depend on a variety of factors, such as the information available to us and the type of violation. We may also contact the Digital Guide owner to inform him/her of the complaint.

If we’re not in a position to make a determination (for example, whether something is defamatory or not), we defer to the judgment of a court.
