What are HouseGuide’s refund policies?
Downgrading to the Free plan
If you purchase a paid HouseGuide plan and then downgrade to a Free plan after using the paid plan, HouseGuideApp is not able to issue refunds for unused service.
Canceling before auto-renewal
When you cancel your subscription to avoid auto-renewal, that change is effective immediately. If you want to turn off auto-renewal so that you don’t get charged again but can still use your plan until it expires, please contact us.
Deleting a Digital Guide
If you have multiple Digital Guides under one account and wish to delete one or more Digital Guides from your account, please contact us.
Switching from Yearly to Monthly paid plans
If you accidentally selected a Yearly plan and you need to switch to a Monthly plan, click here.
